Order Changes & Returns:

Can I cancel my order? Absolutely! You have 24 hours to cancel your order after placement.

What's your return policy? We accept unworn and original condition items for return within 14 days. Please return them in their original packaging (at your own cost) and refer to our full returns policy in the footer menu for complete details.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I get it resized? Of course! We offer resizing services for a fee. Once you contact us about a resize, we'll provide a personalized quote. We'll begin work on the resizing after receiving your item and confirming payment.

 

Jewellery Care:

What if a stone falls out? Fine jewelry can be delicate. Occasionally, stones set in smaller, intricate settings might come loose due to wear and tear. Within 3 months of purchase, Steel Magnolia can reset the stone for a fee. We'll provide a quote upon request.

Why is my sterling silver tarnishing? Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, especially if unworn or exposed to acidic skin. Don't worry! A simple polish can restore its shine. Regular wear also helps prevent tarnishing.

 

Gift Orders:

Can I ship directly to a gift recipient? Yes! Enter the recipient's name and address during checkout. Mark your order as a gift, and we'll exclude the invoice. Be sure to use the recipient's address for shipping and your own address for billing.
